I recently brought a used ms908, it had all the previous owners details etc so I carried out a factory reset... no warning of deleting the diag package before doing it. I contacted autel uk and they refused to reinstate the software... only to notice whilst updating my employers ms908 they've now changed the prompt message when factory reset is clicked to warn you of this issue. so this is obviously an issue... c'mon autel sort it out !!! mine is now just a giant paperweight.
